Hurt So Good, along with being relaxing.
Dr Richard really knows his stuff, I opted to not go down the relaxation route and went for a bit of a quick injury assessment then some 50 minutes specific work on my upper back which was very worthwhile. Thoroughly recommend him, particularly if you have a imbalance that he can give you tips on correcting, along with digging into the right places with the right pressure.

So Relaxing
My husband & I had the best massages ever at Lilians. She took the time to discuss what we wanted and explain everything. The beds were super comfortable with lovely sheets and warm blankets and her beautiful oil blend left our skin so soft. Plus the massage was divine! I can't recommend her highly enough and can't wait to come back again. Thank you.

Best Massage Ever!
Lovely relaxing experience in a comfortable warm luxurious environment. I felt completely safe and pampered by Luiz, he has amazing hands and technique, he worked out all the knots and stiffness in my body, I felt totally relaxed afterwards and also felt the effects many days later. Great value for money, easy parking & a great location within the Hanmer village. I Highly recommend The Brazilian Day Spa, 5 stars!
