Top experience
Loved our jetboat ride. Was my partners first time and he really enjoyed it. Learned about local history as well as the thrills of the jetboat ride. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

Excellent 30 minute adventure
First and foremost the weather couldn't have been more perfect to do this activity. It was warm, the sun was out in full force, mother nature was good to us. At first I thought it'll be just speed & spins only on the lake but surprisingly our driver once he did the spins he would stop and give a commentary of different specific areas around Rotorua and the background history around them. I found this very interesting and informative which increased my knowledge abit more about Rotorua. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time doing this activity. The staff were lovely and kind. Taking photos of us and the other family was nice and obviously you could buy your photos if you wish. Very reasonable prices to buy your photos too compared to other tourist attractions that charge you ridiculous prices for packages. I do advise to either bring a change of spare clothes or wear waterproof/ quick dry clothing and bring a towel just to dry off. Not going to lie, a few spins can give you a sprinkle of a shower. My partner and I got wet bums but nothing major. As I mentioned earlier, weather was perfect and warm so dried off easily and fast. All in all, we'll worth the time and money. Thanks team for a great day!

It was lovely to meet you & your family, we are so stoked you had a great time out on the boat with our driver Mike, he does have a little pocket of local knowledge which he likes to share! We like to think the spins give a bit of a "spritzing" but on occasion a this can be upgraded to a shower! Thanks for coming & we hope to see you again for more Speed & Spins :)

Learning curve
Overall awesome boat ride, just did not appreciate when you westernise a Mฤori culture story, very Tapu.

Jet boating
Business oriented. Asked for tips. Also the trip was less than 30 minutes.

Reya, it is an absolute shame you couldn't have resolved your issues with us directly instead of leaving us a poor and false review. Brilliant Experience
This was my 2nd time at this particular Jet Boat Tour and would definitely come back again. The guys running it are so nice and friendly and make it a great experience. The Jet Boating is so much fun and our driver/guide was funny and knowledgeable.
