Hi Kaylynnn Thanks for taking the time to share your experience! We’re so glad you and your family had a great time, even with the rain. The hot tub really is a perfect way to enjoy those lake views no matter the weather – and it’s great to hear the little touches like the towels, music, and showers helped make it even better. Hope to welcome you back again soon! Warmest regards, The Driftaway Queenstown Team
Very relaxing very peaceful! Would definitely go again!
Excellent experience in an intimate setting, looking over the body of water directly out in front of you from folding windows. It is a 4.5' x 4.5 or thereabouts stainless steel tub. Very clean. Not too hot... just nice and warm, so you could easily tolerate the temperature for an hour.
I was a bit sceptical it being on the campground and seeing a couple other hot tubs (not there)… totally unnecessary. Staff was super nice. She was Dutch, showed us everything and we had a quick lovely chat. Hot tub was awesome. Super relaxing, views amazing and had everything you need. I’m a local and will definitely come again a few times. Thanks! Great evening well spent
The hot tubs were such a treat, set at just the right temperature and with a stunning view. Loved that we could play music through the speaker by connecting up. Mostly I appreciated that my four month old baby could accompany me into the pool area and sit in his chair while I soaked - two other facilities banned this entirely, so this was the deciding factor!

Well worth it when discounted
We had a great time together as a family on a rainy day in Queenstown. Beautiful view of the lake, water, towels and music provided. We were staying on site so we were able to shower in the bathrooms afterwards. A great option for any kind of weather.
