emt14 said... First and foremost the weather couldn't have been more perfect to do this activity. It was warm, the sun was out in full force, mother nature was good to us. At first I thought it'll be just speed & spins only on the lake but surprisingly our driver once he did the spins he would stop and give a commentary of different specific areas around Rotorua and the background history around them. I found this very interesting and informative which increased my knowledge abit more about Rotorua. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time doing this activity. The staff were lovely and kind. Taking photos of us and the other family was nice and obviously you could buy your photos if you wish. Very reasonable prices to buy your photos too compared to other tourist attractions that charge you ridiculous prices for packages. I do advise to either bring a change of spare clothes or wear waterproof/ quick dry clothing and bring a towel just to dry off. Not going to lie, a few spins can give you a sprinkle of a shower. My partner and I got wet bums but nothing major. As I mentioned earlier, weather was perfect and warm so dried off easily and fast. All in all, we'll worth the time and money.
